Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the mystery nature of our Lucky Box products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or if you're not satisfied with the items received in your mystery box.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at customer-service@yourstore.net within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Your order number
  • Brief description of the issue

We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they haven't been processed yet. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products or services (including unboxing videos)
  • Orders past 30 days from delivery date
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
